Cancellation Policy

At Hazel Clinic, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued clients. As a busy clinic, timely cancellations are essential to accommodate others seeking our services. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Bookings canceled before the 48-hour notice period are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours:

  • If a booking is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, Hazel Clinic will retain 100% of the booking deposit.

  • This policy applies to all cancellations, including those related to COVID-19 (e.g., infection or vaccine-related cancellations).

3. Voucher Usage:

  • If a voucher is used to pay for the treatment, cancellations made at short notice (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in deductions, as outlined above, from the voucher's value.

4. Late Arrivals:

  • Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to charges in accordance with the policy mentioned above.

5. Missed Appointments:

  • Clients who fail to attend an appointment without any notice will be charged the full value of the missed appointment.

6. Payment Authorization:

  • By booking an appointment with Hazel Clinic, you authorize us to charge any card on file in accordance with the above policy.
