Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at Hazel Clinic. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy for your peace of mind. If you find the need to return or exchange a product, please take note of the following guidelines within the specified time frame.

14-Day Refund and Exchange Period

You have a generous 14-day window from the date of product receipt to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible for either, the product must remain in its original packaging and must not have been used.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To get started with the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Reach Out to Us: Contact our dedicated customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. You can reach us via email at hello@hazelclinic.ie In your email, kindly provide the following details:

    • Your order number (e.g., #1234)

    • The reason for your return or exchange

    • If necessary, attach clear photos of the product

    • Your personal contact details, including your phone number

  2. Customer Service Assistance: Once we receive your email, our customer service team will promptly respond to guide you through the process. Please ensure that any faulty, damaged, or returned goods are sent back to us within 10 days of receiving approval from our team. Our returns address is as follows:

Return Shipping Information

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, unless incorrect items were sent to you. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over €70. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for the shipping of your returned item.

In-Person Returns

For your convenience, you can also return goods in person to our physical practice location, but kindly ensure you receive approval via email with order details beforehand.

Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund, we will process the monetary value of the returned goods, excluding any shipping charges, unless the return is due to incorrect or faulty items. In such cases, we will also refund the delivery charges you incurred. Refunds will be made through the original method of payment used (e.g., Paypal, credit card, debit card). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

While we aim to accommodate all returns and exchanges, there are a few exceptions:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Treatments that have been completed or partially completed, such as those purchased as part of a course, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Retail products are not eligible for refunds due to a change of mind.

  • Used products cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Please note that discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
